General:
DTSY238 three-phase prepayment kwh meter or DSSY238 two phase three wire prepayment kwh meter is used to measure active energy by connecting to industrial power supply system. By using the IC card (storage card and smart card); we realize the electrical power system management function of prepayment before consumption to prevent pilfering electricity. Because of using advanced micro-electronics technology to process data, it has high reliability that makes power system management secure.

Basic functions:
1. The user purchases electric power in advance and preset maximum load limit, alarm quantity and IC card password; IC card transmits data
2. Storage of leave-factory serial number, meter constants, initial figure of the mechanical meter and user's name and address
3. Backward reading of remaining electric power quantity, accumulated quantity of negative electric power and total number of purchases
4. Alarm at low remaining electric power, alarm and switch off when overload and kWh cut off control
